Caitlin Emling is an Associate Attorney at DSK Law’s Orlando office. She grew up in Michigan,prior to moving to Clermont, Florida in high school. She graduated from Montverde Academy as Salutatorianof the Class of 2013, and she continued her education at Georgetown University where she consistently earned placement on the Dean’s List. In 2017, she graduated from Georgetown with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in English.
Caitlin attended law school on a full merit scholarship and received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2020. While in law school, Caitlin earned book awards in three courses: Property, Legal Communications, and Emotional Intelligence. She participated in the Children and Youth Law Clinic, providing pro bono legal representation to children in the foster care system. She also worked as a student editor for a faculty law journal and as a research assistant for her legal communications professor.
Prior to joining DSK Law, Caitlin served as a judicial intern in Florida’s Tenth Judicial Circuit. She began working at DSK Law as a summer law clerk in 2019. After passing the Bar exam, Caitlin began full-time employment at the firm’s Orlando office.
Outside of work, Caitlin’s interests include traveling, reading,Type 1 Diabetes research efforts, and spending time with her family, especially her dog, Remi.
