Eric was born in Tallahassee, Florida, and raised in Gretna, Florida. After receiving an undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University, he was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2016.
He formerly served as an Assistant General Counsel for Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation where he prosecuted unlicensed activity on behalf of the Construction Industry and Licensing Board, as well as, the Electrical Construction and Licensing Board. Likewise, he also served as Assistant General Counsel for The Florida Department of Health where he litigated healthcare cases on behalf of the State of Florida involving medical negligence and professional misconduct.
He later worked as a criminal prosecutor for 18th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted various crimes on behalf of the State of Florida in and for Seminole County.
Eric is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, as well as, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
