Larry Mancuso is a 1974 graduate of the University of Virginia.  Larry obtained an MBA degree from Central Michigan University in 1983. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University in 1987. He entered the United States Air Force in 1978 and served as a contracting officer on major defense contracts until 1985. He then worked as a contracts manager for The Boeing Company in Seattle where he worked on major defense and commercial contracts. His private law practice emphasized general practice areas including business, bankruptcy, family, and criminal law as well as alternative dispute resolution. He became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and Family Mediator in 2000.  He became a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator in 2002.  Larry is also a former Assistant Public Defender with the 18th Judicial Circuit.
