Attorney Spotlight: Meet Norman W. Nash
Norm Nash has been practicing law for over twenty-nine years. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, contracts, corporate and business transactions, and probate. Norm has advised CEOs, directors, management and line personnel on a broad spectrum of issues including real estate transactions, property leasing and development, corporate matters, business transactions, regulatory matters and licensing. He has guided numerous people through the probate process, which is often a difficult time because a loved one has passed away.
Professional affiliations have included the Florida Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and its Real Estate and Business sections, the Legislative Committee of the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section, the University of Denver Law Review Advisory Board, the Weld County, Colorado Bar Association, the Weld County, Colorado White Collar Crime Task Force, and the Weld County, Colorado Board of Adjustment.
Norm has a variety of avocations, including community theater acting, scuba, flying airplanes, and dancing. He has a commercial pilot license with multi-engine and instrument ratings. Norm has served on numerous boards of directors over the years, including The St. Petersburg City Theater, the Tampa Bay West Coast Swing Association, Leadership Weld County, Colorado, President and Board member of the Weld County, Colorado Humane Society, and the Encore Theater Troupe.
