Aaron H. Baroff was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and received his Bachelor of Science from the Florida State University. Aaron received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. While in law school, Aaron worked as an Associate Scout for the Toronto Blue Jays helping the organization to identify amateur baseball players throughout Florida for Major League Baseball’s Rule 4 Draft. Aaron clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey Dana Gillen and the Honorable Daliah H. Weiss in Florida’s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, focusing on probate and family law issues, and criminal traffic infraction issues, respectively. Aaron also clerked for the Florida Department of Management Services, in its Retirement Division.
While in law school, Aaron joined DSK Law as its summer law clerk in Orlando in 2015. He continued to clerk for the firm throughout law school, and maintained his clerkship with the firm while studying for the Florida Bar. After passing the bar exam, Aaron began full-time employment in the firm’s Tampa office in 2016. His practice includes complex civil litigation, insurance litigation, bankruptcy, real estate and business litigation. Outside of the firm, Aaron is involved with the Hillsborough County Bar Association and continues to scout for the Toronto Blue Jays. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events and spending time with his family.
