Aaron H. Baroff

Aaron is an experienced litigator with over a decade of practice concentrated in premises liability defense, landlord-tenant disputes, commercial disputes, bankruptcy litigation on behalf of creditors, insurance defense and post-judgment collection efforts. He represents businesses of all sizes throughout the State of Florida that includes property owners, landlords, insurers, technology companies and individuals in complex business disputes throughout Florida.

Known for his strategic approach and practical problem-solving, Aaron has successfully managed cases through all stages of litigation, concentrating on efficient disposition of claims at issue where possible and vigorous defense of cases through trial where appropriate. His practice includes defending premises liability claims, resolving lease and property disputes, handling contractual and business litigation matters, and advising clients on risk management and liability exposure.

Aaron is committed to delivering efficient, results-oriented representation while maintaining strong client communication and accessibility.

Outside of the firm, Aaron continues involvement with his love of baseball by scouting on behalf of the Toronto Blue Jays. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events and playing golf.
