Abigail Chen Wise was raised in Highland Park, New Jersey. In 2005, after receiving an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, she moved to Orlando and was awarded her Juris Doctorate from The Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2008.

Abigaillives in Central Florida with her elementary school aged son and daughter, puppy, and two cats. She enjoys traveling, the beach, and snowboarding.

Abigail is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.
