Carol Chloupek

Carol E. Chloupek is an attorney in the Firm’s Orlando office assisting members of LegalShield in a variety of legal matters.   Carol has been practicing law since 1989.  Prior to joining the firm she has worked as an Associate with firms in Miami-Dade and Broward County.  She worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Stuart Florida and operated as a sole practitioner in Miami, Florida for approximately 10 years.

Throughout her career Carol has assisted clients in a variety of legal areas including:  immigration, consumer finance, family law, real estate, estate planning, foreclosures, personal injury, accident cases, landlord/tenant and collections.   She has also handled appeals filed with the Florida Third District Court of Appeals, Florida Fourth District Court of Appeals, the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
