Felicia Meadows-Stalling

Felicia Y. Meadows-Stalling was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, but was raised in the South Florida area. Ms. Meadows-Stalling earned her undergraduate degree on scholarship, and graduated Cum Laude from Florida A&M University in 1994, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. She earned her law degree from Howard University School of Law in 1997 and attended on a merit scholarship. While in college, Ms. Meadows-Stalling volunteered at the Tallahassee YMCA as a little league cheerleading coach and worked for the Bureau of Adult and Community Education in the Florida Department of Education.

Ms. Meadows-Stalling started her career practicing law in the State of Maryland as an Assistant County Attorney for the Office of the Montgomery County Attorney in Rockville, Maryland practicing in the Child and Adult Protective Services Unit. She litigated Child in Need of Assistance cases and child abuse and neglect cases.

Ms. Meadows-Stalling just joined the firm, but was an Independent Contract Attorney working for a few different companies. Prior to such, she worked for the Florida Family Law Clinic, LLC., assisting clients with family law issues at a reduced rate. Ms. Meadows-Stalling also worked in the private sector, owned and operated Felicia Y. Meadows, P.A., and taught legal studies and paralegal studies at the undergraduate level for nearly 9 years. She has experience in the areas of family law, contracts, consumer finance, landlord/tenant and employment law.

In her spare time, Ms. Meadows-Stalling enjoys spending time with her family, drawing, praise dancing, crafting and writing. She also enjoys all kinds of sports. She is involved in her church’s Caregiver’s Ministry and is an active member of the Zeta Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and is involved in the Social Justice committee.

Admitted to the Florida Bar since September 2005.
