Kelly Kester

Kelly Kester is an attorney in the Firm’s Orlando office assisting members of LegalShield in a variety of legal matters.  She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in upstate New York, and Coral Springs, Florida.  Kelly has been practicing law since 1992.  Prior to joining the firm, Kelly has worked as an Associate with firms in Broward and Miami -Dade County.  She has also served as in-house counsel for corporations.

Throughout her career Kelly has handled extensive business and corporate matters, forming legal entities, resolving major business disputes, and reviewing and drafting business agreements.  She has also matters in the areas of consumer finance, landlord/tenant, contracts, and intellectual property.
