Monica Medina

Monica Medina is an experienced litigator with over two decades of practice concentrated in commercial disputes, premises liability, automobile liability, family law, employment, workers’ compensation, and professional liability. She has represented insurance companies, small businesses, and individuals.

Known for her strategic and practical problem-solving approaches, she has managed cases through all stages of litigation. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as federal court in Southern District of Florida. She is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Law mediator.

When away from work, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, the beach, and playing tennis.
