Payton Strzalka

Payton Strzalka was born and raised in Brandon, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and sociology from the University of South Florida in 2018, where she was also recognized as a Deans List Scholar. Payton received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2022. While in law school, Payton was a member of Stetson Law Review and worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the State Attorney, Sixth Circuit.

Prior to joining the firm, Payton gained experience in both litigation and transactional law. As a litigator, she specialized in defending numerous types of insurance claims for one of the largest firms in the state of Florida.

Payton’s practice areas include general civil litigation, personal injury defense, premises liability defense, long-term care litigation, and medical malpractice defense. In her free time, Payton enjoys spoiling her dog and two cats, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family.
