Tyler Setcavage was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2013. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Duquesne University in 2016.
Prior his move to Florida, Tyler worked as a trial attorney for a small boutique law firm in the city of Pittsburgh representing individuals primarily in injury, breach of contract, and malpractice claims. During that time, he gained considerable experience in all aspects of civil litigation. In 2023, Tyler passed the Florida Bar. He began his practice in Florida in 2024, defending complex construction litigation cases and professional negligence cases for a large Florida law firm.
Tyler joined the firm in 2025. His practice includes complex civil litigation, insurance and business litigation. Outside of the firm, Tyler is involved with the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division. He has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2020. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys the beach, boating, watching live music, weightlifting and spending time with his family.
