Richard Tanner as Guest Lecturer at FSU
Richard Tanner, our Tallahassee based Partner, was invited to be a Guest Lecturer at the Florida State University College of Law Mock Trial Team “Boot Camp”.
Richard will present two lectures on trial practice, his area of specialty, to the new and returning Members of FSU’s championship winning Mock Trial Team. (FSU Law School is invited and competes in multiple national and regional competitions and has an admirable success record in those competitions against nationally recognized law school competition.)
He has been a frequent lecturer at law school programs and in various State Bar Section meetings and publications, addressing trial topics such as Effective Opening and Summation Arguments, Direct and Cross Examination Skills, using persuasive speech and language skills in the courtroom.
Richard is a National Institute of Trial Advocacy certified law instructor, an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy, been repeatedly designated as a “Super Lawyer” and holds an advanced Advocate’s Degree with the American Board of Trial Advocacy.
