Bart Valdes is Appointed Special Magistrate for City of Madeira Beach

The City Commission of the City of Madeira Beach has appointed Bart Valdes to serve as the Special Magistrate for code enforcement and variance issues starting on July 1, 2016.  Mr. Valdes is one of six (6) attorneys in the Firm that serve as a Special Magistrate for various counties and municipalities in the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas.  Mr. Valdes has an extensive background in code enforcement proceedings and litigation that will serve him well in this position.
