Bart Valdes Presents Continuing Education Seminar on Electronic Discovery

Bart Valdes, the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Tampa office, presented a continuing legal education program titled Electronic Discovery and Ethics in 2016 and Beyond.  The lecture was given at the Mid-Year Meeting of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar.  Mr. Valdes is a Board Certified Specialist in Business Litigation and is active in the Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence Committee of the Business Law Section.
