Bart Valdes teaches e-discovery and digital evidence course to judges in Broward County

Bart Valdes, the Vice-Chairman of the E-Discovery Committee of the Business Law Section, presented a program titled Effective Courtroom Management Of Computerized Discovery to several judges in Broward County.  The presentation focused on issues such as the collection and processing of data and digital evidence, spoliation of evidence, and methods to gather and authenticate social media evidence.
