David H. Simmons Recognized by Fellow Senators

David H. Simmons, Senator for Florida’s Ninth District and President Pro Tempore of Florida Senate, was honored and recognized by his fellow Senators for his many years of committed service in the Florida Senate.

David has served in the Florida Senate since 2010.  Prior to that, David served in the Florida’s House of Representatives from 2000 to 2008.

David has worked tirelessly to pass legislation that has and will continue to make Florida a great place to call home.
