David Simmons Strives to Enhance Veterans Treatment Court

David Simmons, Florida Senator and Partner of DSK Law – de Beaubien Knight Simmons Mantzaris & Neal, LLP, was recognized by the Ninth Circuit Court Chief Judge Frederick J. Lauten for his efforts with the Veterans Treatment Court Program.  Mr. Simmons worked to establish recurring state funding for Veterans Treatment Courts in the legislature. Orange County was one of the first programs to receive state funding. The funding was expanded to more counties this legislative session.
