Firm’s Attorneys Secure $17,000,000 Judgment In Corporate Theft Case

Partners David Simmons and Bart Valdes, worked together to secure a Final Judgment in excess of $17,000,000.00 after a trial in a business law case against an individual who stole millions of dollars from his former employer. The case was tried by Bart Valdes in Tampa in mid-July.  David Simmons and Bart Valdes of DSK Law are both Board Certified in Business Litigation by the Florida Bar.
