Ken Hazouri Secures a Judgment Returning Millions of Dollars to Orange County’s Tax Roll

Ken Hazouri, Partner at the DSK Law – Orlando office, represented the Orange County Property Appraiser in a lawsuit filed against Darden Restaurants regarding the taxable value of the property in its corporate headquarters. Following a six-day trial, the court entered a Final judgment for the Property Appraiser returning nearly 18.7 million dollars to the county’s tax roll.
