On behalf of the Florida Association of City Clerks (FACC)  and the Professional Education Committee (PEG), we would like to thank you for sharing your personal  and professional time and expertise  with us that made the 2013 FACC Summer Conference & Academy  such an outstanding event.

We just received  the evaluation  summaries from the Academy  and your session  on “Records Requests  Update” was rated extremely  high (4.7 out of 5.0).  I heard so many positive comments about the presentation while at the conference  but in looking over the evaluation summary (enclosed), I see that this was one of the most important  and beneficial  sessions  we were able to bring to the City Clerks this year.    In short, you, Dana, and Bob did an excellent job!
