On behalf of the Florida Association of City Clerks (FACC) and the Professional Education Committee (PEC), we would like to thank you for sharing  your personal  and professional time with us- which  made  the 2013 FACC Summer  Conference & Academy  such an outstanding event.

Your keynote speech  to our group was so sincere  and inspiring- I actually felt those “chill bumps” that are usually reserved  for when I hear the National  Anthem or something similar. The stories you told, and the references to passages in the Bible you shared, were also especially  motivating. I heard many City Clerks say that this was the best start of the conference keynote  speech they had ever heard.  (Although it didn’t seem like “just a speech” to me- you were actually so authentic  by speaking from the heart.   In short, you started our conference on such a high note, everything else just seemed  to fall into place afterwards. Thank you Lindsay!
