Richard A. Tanner was Re-Elected to Another Term on The Florida Bar Board of Governors

Richard A. Tanner was re- elected to another term on The Florida Bar Board of Governors. He has been appointed by the Bar President to continue to serve on the Board’s Program Evaluation Committee, which is charged with reviewing all Florida Bar policies and programs on a rotating basis. He also serves on the Board’s Rules Committee which is the gatekeeper committee for all rules and revisions of rules controlling The Florida Bar’s operations and procedures.

Richard A. Tanner has been appointed an Ad Junct Professor of Trial Practice at Florida State University Law College, where he teaches third year law students the mechanics of successful courtroom tactics and practices. He also has been selected over the past several years to be the coach of the Law School’s Mock Trial Team, a group of advanced law students who compete on an intercollegiate basis nationally with other law schools in trial competitions.

Richard Tanner has been asked to be a Judge of the Tallahassee Film Festival, where various independent film producers compete to have their work shown at the Tallahassee Festival in November.
