Tampa Partner Teaches Course On Electronic Discovery To Local Lawyers

Bart Valdes taught a course on e-discovery and electronically stored information at the June meeting of the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association. The one hour course provided practical guidance in regard to electronic discovery and also informed the audience about the ethical issues surrounding the preservation of digital documents, social media and other digitally stored information.
