The Firm’s Tampa Partner Again Published By The Florida Bar Practice Resource Institute

Bart Valdes, Managing Partner of the Firm’s Tampa office, had an article published by The Florida Bar Practice Resource Institute.  The article is titled “Taking the Deposition of an Entity Representative or Custodian of Records and Seeking Electronically Stored Information” and provides guidance when taking depositions and seeking electronically stored documents.  Bart Valdes is active in the Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence Committee of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and has written and lectured on the subject of electronic discovery multiple times.
