Preparing Your Will

Your LegalShield membership entitles you and your spouse (or significant other) to a quality standard Will. We encourage you to complete the Will Questionnaire and return to us electronically or by mail. If you do not have the Questionnaire, you can click here (English, Spanish) to obtain a copy of the Questionnaire to print, fill out and return to us. We will contact you to discuss the information received, and prepare a Will specifically designed for you shortly thereafter.
