P. Hayden “Rip” Haskins was born in Ocala, Florida. In 1988, Rip received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a major in history. During his undergraduate studies, Rip was inducted into Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society and Alpha Lambda Delta National Freshman Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1991, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in the same year. Rip represents a variety of clients, including individuals, small business owners, closely held corporations, national corporations, and local governments. Rip practices in the areas of appellate practice, commercial litigation, liability defense, construction law, code enforcement disputes, eminent domain proceedings, real property disputes, foreclosure law and landlord-tenant disputes. He has represented clients in administrative proceedings and in both state and federal court actions.
