David Simmons Presents to the Business Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association

David Simmons presented to the Business Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association recently in a panel discussion regarding the Business Court’s closure and the judicial funding problem. David concluded the roundtable session with a Chinese proverb; “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now.” David is Board Certified in Business Law as well as Civil Trial and Trial Advocacy.
