Cameron Frye was a co-speaker along with Jeffrey Birnbach, a nationally recognized expert in cyber extortion and cyber investigations, of a seminar titled “Uncovering Fraud and Finding Digital Evidence in the Information Age” to over 125 attendees, including law enforcement, insurance fraud investigators, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. The presentation focused on providing education and expert insight into how electronic and digital information is stored, different ways to uncover digital information, how these methods can be used to detect insurance fraud, and how to make sure this type of evidence can be admissible in litigation.
