I  was born and raised in Miami, Florida and received my Bachelor in Science, majoring in Finance, from Florida State University. I then spent six years as an officer in the United States Air Force and rose to the rank of captain. After my time in the Air Force, I enrolled in the Florida International University College of Law. Upon receiving my Juris Doctor, I began work in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office.

I joined DSK Law, in 2011, and became a partner in 2018.  In addition to being a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Approved Arbitrator, I maintain an active litigation practice in Personal Injury Litigation, Insurance Defense Litigation, and Commercial Litigation.

Mediators are a neutral party who get involved with cases to try to get them resolved to help reduce the costs and fees associated with a courtroom hearing or verdict.
